We will have free time in the town of Rabat, where it is said St Paul once lived in a cave. You can visit his grotto, the Pauline Cathedral above it and the labyrinthine Catacombs. On the edge of town the magnificent hill top Citadel of Madina provides the most spectacular views over the island and Mediterranean.
